They only allow Mask Holes to shop here. So if you're interested in destroying your immune system, trying to breathe through a mask that does not work according to the CDC, then Ross is the place! I'm taking my money elsewhere ud83dude09. Ross will not deprive me of oxygen.
You guys wasted my time this morning. You have a sign on the door saying that you open at 8AM during holiday season and your website notes that as well . The website specifically says that you are open at 8AM on 12/27. I was waiting for you guys to open. Employees did not start coming in until after 8AM and I found that sketchy. After that, I called just to find out that y’all want to open at 9AM. It’s not fair how you guys are inconsistent and are opening whenever you want to. If I knew how to upload pictures on google reviews I would show you a picture of your own sign advertising 8AM.
It would have been better had all my items I purchased and paid for were actually put in my bags x( X (
The store has really great discounted items that would cost way more in other stores. The only lack is the customer service. I was in line for 25 min!! They had only one guy in register and there was two other ladies who were “organizing” the returns. But come on, if there is a huge line why did not one of them keep doing the returns and the other get on the register to help the poor guy. I hope this gets resolved soon because I don’t want to return to wait so long in line.
