I placed an order the night before for breakfast in the morning as I had a tight schedule in the AM. The breakfast sandwich (Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Brioche) was served with bacon instead of sausage, but it was still good. I didn't realize the coffee I ordered was going to be so sweet and mostly ice, my bad. The reason for the 2 stars is not related to the food or service. I was charged 3X for the same order on my credit card. When I called and spoke with a rep, they assured me it would be reconciled by the end of the day - it was not. I submitted a complaint on line. Their first response - they wanted to give me store credit. I don't live in ATL, I was there on work and used a company Visa. I responded sternly that they needed to credit my Visa back for the 2 fraudulent charges. They finally reversed the charges but it took a number of days. A rep by the name of Richard actually pinged me and asked if the charges were mine - very poor online service. I had provided them details including my order # and copy of their receipt.nnI have always thought the quality at Panera was good. I will never order ahead of time online with them again.

The items are super hit or miss. Cinnamon crunch bagel? Delicious. Blueberry muffin? 3 blueberries. 3. I'm not sure if this is cost cutting or quality control, but the consumer gets screwed

The service was great there, but some basic matnance could be done like fixing one of the door handles.

Don't try to place a large order online here. And also don't try to call it in. Was told they don't take delivery orders on the phone and the message on my order says this store doesn't accept large orders over $125.00
