I don’t understand why everytime I order on my phone through the app, they just ask me what I ordered at the window. Today I had to tell them my order again while she was looking at my receipt??? I had food and I asked for liquid sugar in my coffee like I did through the app and they really put Splenda in the cold drink. So basically I was just straight up eating the sugar. On top of that I’m pretty sure it’s the wrong drink. I don’t understand why they just don’t follow what my order said in the first place?? I couldn’t even tell them to fix it because I had somewhere to be.. so annoyed

This place it's Terrible, you ordering at the drive thru gets you disappointed, they ask to repeat your order like 3 times and it's ok since you want to be sure you get what you ask for.nBut than you get your order and realize it isn't what you wanted, either the wrong milk, cold and you asked for hot , Splenda or no sugar.nSo why ask to repeat it to you? When I showed up to my pick up my order, the lady cooking my food was not wearing gloves. I got it on video since this has happened before. I told the lady at the front counter and she whispered some things to the other lady and let her continue to make food with no gloves. This whole store is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary, clearly. All of their masks were below their noses, and would touch money with their gloves, then they would touch donuts with the same gloves. I had to repeat my order 3 times and then they tried to bribe me with free food when I told them I got a video of the employee not wearing gloves. So yeah. Will not be returning here.

Donuts are not as good as Krispy Kreme but the coffee is good

Hands-down the best Dunkin to go to in the area. The people are always polite and friendly. The donuts are always super fresh and fully stocked. If you are a fan of Dunkin, be sure to stop by this location.
