All employees I passed were super helpful and really nice. I will definitely be back to this location. Well worth the 40 minute drive.
I've been in the store a couple of times, and each time the people who come by and ask if you need help or ask is there anything I can help you with, always seem to be the guys who parents taught them how to be respectful toward others. Not the ones who don't give you time to get in the door or they follow you around as if you'll walk out with something sticking out of your pocket. I remember sales person working in the area they roamed around in, the premises of the customer always right not if that person has no idea as to what they're talking about.

The particular store needs to work on customer service.nI watched a 72year old woman, ask where marble chips were, they took her over to them then left her to load them up. After a few bags she went to find help. Got the cart loaded and pushed towards the front and he was gone.nI helped to push them up to the register for her.nI asked if she wanted some help loading. She said she was going to find some store staff to take care of it.nThis HD is near larger Retirement Communities in the Oconee area, do the not want repeat customers?
