Bought the 1399 4 piece queen bed set, customer service was A-plus. Was able to put money down, have my furniture held and then finish paying off at my own pace, no pressure! Got my furniture delivered on time and was very professional! Everything looked exactly how it looked on the pictures and in the show room. I am so in love with my new bed set. It was an awesome experience. They were warm and inviting and very friendly. I bought a jukebox size speaker and it is wonderful. I love it.
Today I came into the store with my sister to get living room and dining room furniture for her. The experience was an amazing one ! The help and attention that we received by Bishop was more than awesome !!! He was so nice and so polite and professional when helping us ! There were a lot of things going on at the same that he was helping my sister but he attended to everyone all while wearing a smile. I would recommend him and his store to anyone needing furniture.
