The rudest, most unprofessional experience of my life. These guys don’t know what customer service is, they called , knocked, rude when I responded over a laptop that I don’t have. Customer Service is very important, Q was rude calling my phone and Shawn was rude knocking at my door. Thanks

I just wanted to take a moment to share a wonderful customer service experience with a very professional young woman named Jamillah. I think she's the assistant manager who needs to be promoted to manager or training manager I had an issue that she not only took the time to listen to but to resolve bringing a customer who was irate to a loyal customer from here on out, thanks to the outstanding customer service of this young lady..
