I spoke with the manager yesterday about the $75 they claimed to had already paid me back and once again, I'm simply told what they think I want to here vs telling me the truth. More lies! The manager asked me if I had last spoken to some lady and I said yes. The manager says she's no longer working at Aarons. Straight game! Next, the manager once again says that he had refunded me right then and offered to send me proof by sending me a copy of some email. I provided him with my correct email address and not surprisingly at all, I never did receive any proof email from the manager. Please take my issues with Aarons seriously and don't take any chances renting anything from these people! They are dishonest, far from trust worthy as you can get! KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE LIKE ME, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK! ALL YOU WILL RECEIVE IS MORE AND MORE OF THEIR LIES!

DON'T EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT SHOPPING HERE! I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE IN SHOPPING HERE BECAUSE NOW THAT THEY OWE ME $75, THEY KEEP LYING BACK AND FORTH THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAVE ISSUED MY REFUND WHEN THEY HAVE NOT AT ALL! MY BANK VERIFIED WITH ME THAT THEY NEVER ISSUED ME ANY REFUND AT ALL! THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO KEEP YOU FROM CONTINUING TO CALL THEM WITH YOUR PROBLEM WITH AARONS!

Awesome customer service and great accessibility! Although the prices should be a lot lower, the staff is great! Would like to see a price change which would make the products a bit more affordable.

Very unprofessional. Both customer service ladies were swearing very loudly. Was very rude and demanding.They were very impatient when I was trying to pick out which set I wanted. Then the lady walked off and went on her lunch break and stopped helping me.dont recommend anyone to purchase at this location

This Place Is Horrible. After 5 days Finally got my Tv I ordered. IT WAS A BROKE 55” THAT THEY DRAGGED OUT THE BACK DOOR AND LEFT ON CURB DUE TO COVID-19.WHICH I UNDERSTAND AND I WAS TOLD I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I CALLED IN ABOUT IT WAS THREATENED BY THE YOUNG LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONES NEVER AGAIN (THE GHETTO)
