It was cool. Very strict COVID19 guidelines. Only five customers can go inside at a time. Must wear a mask. Have to wait outside.
During an hour of wasted time on my fourth visit to a Metro store for problems with the phone, the associate, Tomeka, despite being instructed to by her Superior, refused to allow me to order a new phone on my warranty because she did not feel comfortable. She disappeared, leaving me standing for at least 25 minutes while presumably she browbeat the man toward her point of view, before returning my phone.
Schazarre is the top metro rep, great communicator awesome personality and I'm am totally satisfied with my purchases. All the other reps where awesome. I would definitely recommend this store and staff. Especially Schazarre and Anthony with their magic discounts! Magical holiday for me!
Hey I went in on Jan 21,2020 and I spoke with the most professional, genuine, respectful, cool and honest representative ever by the name of Trae. Didn't know Pisces can be so nice, so helpful and so respectful. He gave customer services a whole new name and meaning. I mean you can choose any metro/TMobile store you would like but if you want someone that will make you experience a little easier, lighter, quicker and fun I would suggest metropcs on metropolitan in the Kroger plaza ask for Trae
Trae was friendly knowledgeable and attend very well to my concerns ,and help to alleviate the stress of having technical issues with my phone.
