You have a menu- It has items on it that you make for people who order them. If some one orders something you make it. If it's not already made you take their order and inform them how long it will take for it to be ready. No one wants to buy hours old pretzle bites just becuase you only want to sell what's in the hot box.

Rude, snappy staff...food is good sometimes and other times its mediocre especially for the price. Please train your staff in customer service especially when the customer wasn't even rude to begin with to warrant such coldness.

First time here. Located in the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International airport, T side. The workers were very nice and helpful. I didn't know they had different flavors, pretzel pups, dogs and dipping sauces. A cup of originals, dipping sauce and a bottled drink were almost $13. It was clean and fresh. A bit pricey but everything is at the airport. Check out my videos.

All they had was cinnamon sugar left. The pretzels were chewy and room temperature. The service was fast but not friendly at all.

I love auntie Anne’s and have been using their app for years and been to many locations. I came here and the employee was not friendly at all. I asked if she could scan my app and she said “I don’t know I’m new” and I said so I don’t get the points for my visit? And she again just said she was new and was so rude. I suggest better training for your employees so they know how to treat people and do their job or have more than one person working who knows what they’re doing. Also the greasiest pretzel nuggets I’ve ever had.
