Adding something to my earlier review.nSpecial call out to Leslie...she even dropped the mattress to my apartment building even though I was supposed to pick it up myself. Excellent customer handling. You've now got a customer for life..thanks to Leslie!nnIt was a pleasure to be shopping with Mattress Firm team.nSam/Hayden : really pleased with their customer handling. Very patient, warm and friendly.nLeslie : sheer delight to work with.. got everything sorted within 15mins over call with her. She managed to schedule my mattress delivery on the day I requested (yet to be delivered though :), although I am confident they will do it)nnOverall a great stop for all mattress needs.
