I was looking for a bed online and stumbled across one that I fell in love with on Z Gallerie's website. I wanted to see the color swatches in person, so decided to go in. I called a couple of times to see if they had my pieces but didn't. I spoke to Traci and Kay. Both were extremely nice and helpful.nnI arrived at the store and felt like a kid in the candy store. This store is absolutely beautiful. Actually, it's breathtaking. I met Traci in person and she was just as engaging and professional in person as she was over the phone. I showed her pics of my bedroom and she gave me some feedback and design ideas. I was very impressed with the selection and store setup. I was supposed to be window shopping and ended up purchasing the bed because I had such a positive customer service experience. I will definitely return. Furniture is pricey but you can tell it's of great quality.nnOh the only downside... delivery costs are very expensive.
I had a great experience shopping for decorations for my dinning table. Pia was amazing! She is proficient, patient, and has an eye for putting pieces together. I am grateful she was available to assist me today. Thank you for making my experience memorable.
