I went to this location on 01/27/2021. I went upstairs to the rug department and I was just looking around and sales consultant Jackie Floyd came out of no where to greet me. She was so amazing. I had no idea I was going to buy anything but w/ her help I was able to buy all the rugs I needed for my house. She was awesome. I wish I had more time b/c I would’ve also told her manager the same thing in person. I had a great experience a few days ago. I’d definitely return there for my furniture needs. Jackie was also not on the clock and still took the time out to help such an Indecisive person like myself. Perimeter furniture gallery is lucky to have her.

If you have to buy from here, do not work with sales associate Munir Azam. I ordered a couch at the beginning of November to be delivered on December 30th because that was when it was in stock. December 30th rolls around and Macy’s shows up with half an ottoman and a random cushion. Call Macy’s and have them reschedule the delivery for January 7th after being on the phone with them for over an hour. January 7th comes and once again Macy’s tries to deliver a random cushion. I call Macy’s and am on the phone for over an hour again. They have no answers for me. So I call the Macy’s at perimeter to speak with the sales guy. Turns out he accidentally placed the order for a cushion, instead of the couch. Because of COVID, everything is back ordered and their only solution was canceling the order and ordering it again, but the sofa won’t be in stock until March at the earliest. Complete joke.

It was not crowded, and everyone was masked. Chris was quite helpful and helped make this a good experience. There was a good selection of high quality bedroom furniture. We feel happy with our choices.
