What a great experience I had shopping at La--Z-Boy at Perimeter in Atlanta. Jake was very courteous but we could not find a recliner close to the ones I already owned which look like a regular chair. Blakely jumped in to find one in the back. They put it together and it was perfect. I did not buy at the time but called back the next day and talked with the manager, Jason. He was so helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and I don't even like shopping. Great customer service from all three!!!

We purchased a couch and chair from this store in August 2020 after looking around at different stores in the Atlanta area for quite some time. When you order you can choose your fabric and legs since they are custom pieces so we did that. We were working with the district manager who placed our order for us paid up front and were told the items would deliver sometime in December. Due to Covid everyone was working from home and wanted to update their furniture. Upon delivery of our items the chair was in the wrong material and the couch had damage on the top as well as the legs. We refused delivery of the chair since it was wrong. Naturally we reached out to the store to have the chair corrected and to have the couch repaired. (Brand new couch and we have to have it repaired already!) Since talking to the store manager we were told the delivery date for the chair would be JUNE 2021. They have a first come first serve process and there would be nothing that could be done to expedite our order. They shipped out new legs and had an associate come out to try to repair the top of the couch. It’s nearly the end of March and we have talked to the store manager (now at a different location), the district manager who made the error in the first place, and the corporate office who has said they can’t do anything for us because the Sandy Springs store is independently owned. We were told that we could get a loaner chair until ours is delivered. Again we reached out directly to the store and they said they’d call us back to set up a delivery date. That was in January, we still have nothing gotten that call back. Once or twice a week we reach out to the store and ask for a call back and we are just ignored. At this point we want to return the couch and cancel the chair order because clearly they haven’t started working on it but they won’t call and talk to us. We’re going to the store next to have face to face and we will see how that goes but I’m sure it will be more lies and excuses.nThis is by far the worst shopping experience especially given what these pieces cost and with this brand you’d think it’s not a mom and pop operation but it’s been anything but good. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

NON-SALES'Y - NEEDS FIRST - EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITHnnWife and I were looking for a higher-end couch, spoke with Jason, ended up finding our forever sectional for a great price. We tend to avoid people until we have to, and Jason made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Truly felt like their only goal was our satisfaction. Thanks!

I had the best experience buying a recliner at this La-Z-Boy showroom. Jessica was the salesperson who helped me and she was honestly incredible. She started by asking me a few questions to get an understanding of what I was looking for, then she showed me the options they had based on those specs and I bought a beautiful recliner that perfectly suits my needs. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made the whole experience of shopping there something that I really enjoyed. I highly recommend!

Great customer service. No pushy salespeople. Only answered my questions and made it so I could enjoy the experience of purchasing a beautiful recliner for my home. Also this Facility has great COVID protocols where everyone is wearing a mask, they are wiping counters and never have you use the same pin that someone else used. I look forward to using this store again in the future.
