Worst store. Made us wait 45 minutes!!! Even after that we were waiting. Finally,, we just left. A couple left after waiting for 30 minutes. Severaly understaffed. Don't go to this store if u want to save time!!!
I had to get my mom a new phone so when we got there we was greeted by everyone it was very clean I noticed that employees was keeping things sanitize wiping down everything once my mom picked the phone Malik was very helpful and knowledgeable Malik was also very patient with me and mom by answering all questions
Fantastic Experience! Jasmine was the best. She helped me set up my new phone and answered all my questions. She went the extra mile to make sure my warranty and Apple Care covered all my future needs. I highly recommend this t- mobile store. Jasmine was outstanding!
Wait time beyond average, plan for it. My problem unresolved maybe since iPhone is hesitant to share any information with Android. Anyone having a prob receiving multimedia download? Apparently this is the first they've heard of the problem...we'll see. Anika tried everything possible ud83dude04
