From the store manager to the salespeople my experience is consistent: the employees are attentive, kind, and professional. Mark has worked here as long as I’ve been visiting and he has always provided a wonderful shopping experience. He is the only salesman I’ve ever looked forward to seeing upon entering a store.nnI will continue to shop at this location for years to come. Whether I buy something, or nothing at all, I know that it will be a great experience.
Please note, when Brooks Brothers warehouse doesn't have the clothing item ordered it is pulled from a BB store rack and shipped to a customer. Twice I've received dresses in unsatisfactory condition. The last time the garment was tried on instore by someone who obviously wore perfume. Consumers should be given the opportunity to cancel an order if the warehouse is out of stock. Tis better to lose an order than a customer.

The staff is great!
Used to love this store until even the supposed full cut line started being cut slim. People in their 40s, 50s, and 60s with the disposable income to afford things from this store don't want skin tight clothes!
