Over all really happy with the value I received. I saw the same washer and dryer set for sale in lowes except a newer model for about double the price. Mario, and I didn't catch the other guys name, but I like to think it was Luigi, were very helpful during the buying process and install. I have done two loads and they work just fine. I think the dryer is a bit slow, but that's what to expect thease days from energy efficient models, I think. My favorite part was not having to move the units anywhere after I moved all of my belongings in just a few days ago. I took one star off because there was lint in the lint trap, and I didn't like touching someone else's lint. However, I probably will upgrade with them when I move and buy a house. I don't think I'll ever buy a brand new washer and dryer if I can avoid the expense so easily. I like that they guarentee the units for a good while. It helps me feel comfortable with my purchase.Ty!
