I have been with this store for several years and will not return. Current manager Carlos never followed through with a repair order and I was out of a washer for 3 weeks. They are fast enough to call when they want payment. Manager has refused to return my phone call to date. Manager now claims he does not recall my repair request last month. Incompetent.
Excellent staff, under new management. Easy and affordable.
Got a great couch the I love.... Until I got harassed monthly by corporate for fees I don't owe. Thinking about returning the couch and going to Rent A Center because this is BS
Charged me more than what I pay on the computer. Was told I have to come in to talk about it. I did not authorize the extra payment. I want my money back. You have no right to take more of my money.
They’re nice and it sounds like a good deal but if you don’t make it within the same as cash deal than you’re paying way too much.
