Took my 20 year old Howard Miller wall clock in to have it “cleaned”. Ran for less than a day after bringing it home! Returned it....could not repair it! Wish I had the money I spent on “cleaning” it and trips back and forth to put towards a new clock!!! Instead of a family heirloom I have a very big paperweight!nBeware of signing a waiver prior to having someone “clean” your clock because they sure cleaned mine!

Had them visit to repair clock. Worked while they were there but quit working as soon as they left. Very disappointed with service. Not worth the money spent. Would not recommend them at all.

Everybody there very friendly, and the person that worked on my clock, Isaac, did an excellent job, very conscientious. Very pleased with how my pendulum wall clock works -- time, chimes, hourly strikes. If any problems or concerns later, they will make it right. Highly recommend this place for clock repair.
