About a month ago in Feb, We when to the store. The king size mattress we had at home had body impressions, so uncomfortable. We even bought a topper from kohl’s to make it lastnone more year, but finally we had enough. My husband wanted to go with a flip able mattress. We debated between a pillow top or other type. We thought, why buy a pillow top mattress when we had a topper at home. Phillip guided us to a traditional spring we wanted. Then we had to figure out, did we want the firm or medium firm mattress. Philip suggested if we like the firm it will slowly soften through use. A mattress will soften with use but you can’t make them more firm. I knew my topper at home would give me options. I could put my topper on my new mattress to soften it or remove it and it would feel firm. I Love my firm mattress, with or without my topper. Hope that helps!
This was the only place we went and were so glad we heard about it on PBR. The young man, Eric, who helped us was delightful. We even got our sheets, pillows and cases at the same time we ordered a custom mattress. Recommended Highly.
Great salesman! I feel like he's been there for a while. Super helpful and accommodating! Really had a great experience, I love my new bed! They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted And the men who delivered were so nice, professional, helpful, and prompt! Definitely recommend!
