I can't start by saying anything except ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. Chris Baker and the team are awesome, I knew right away this wasn't just an ordinary group of guys, they stand behind their word, I felt that doing a great job was more important to them than it was to meud83dude0a Great job Concept Flooring, we will surely use you again.

Concept Flooring did a great job on our new floors. We have dogs and children, and Dave did a great job at recommending a floor suitable for our needs and desires. He came to our home with plenty of samples, and let us borrow a few to see how they look under different day lights. We chose a floor that was on backorder, and Dave kept us updated the entire time. Once available, we were installed in just a couple of weeks.nnThe installers were prompt to arrive at the scheduled time for both days, and they were respectful of our furniture and personal space. They moved fairly quickly and had our floors installed in a day and a half. We demoed the area before their arrival, so their time was spent on some prep work and install only.nnWe love our floors and highly recommended Concept Flooring. We look forward to using them again in the future if we have more flooring needs.

I am not one to write reviews, but I have never experienced the exceptional service from other flooring companies than I received with Concept Flooring, Inc. Starting with the first phone call,(which was answered by a real person and immediately followed with a salesperson call) to the final piece of furniture put back in place, I couldn't be more pleased. My sales person, Anthony, went out of his way to find the carpet I was looking for and stay in budget! Once ordered, the carpet came sooner than expected and installation the same. The installers were prompt, clean and respectful of my furniture. The installation is to be admired and the installation team didn't leave until all my furniture was in its rightful place and mechanical parts working properly. Thank you Concept Flooring, Inc. team!!!!! PS If I could give you 10 stars I would!

We called Concept Flooring, among others, for an estimate on installing the LVT we had purchased elsewhere. I thought I could install this myself but learned quickly I couldn't. Jim came out and gave us a very professional and competitive bid on the job. We accepted the bid and by the time Oscar and Pablo finished the install, we were extremely happy we did. They did a fabulous job on a challenging installation. Next time we have a flooring need we will certainly call Concept.
