Skip Cordell was an amazing person to deal with. He helped me out right away without me even asking and then proceeded to help me out and recommend good chairs for my office. When the one that i wanted was not available he did everything possible to make sure i was able to receive that chair.
These folks are always helpful and willing to explain options.
Still standing in line as there is no one in the store customer wise except the guy in front of me at the copy and print department and four employees doing nothing while one employee is helping the customer in front of me... Terrible customer service... all I want is to print out an email (single page) I’m writing this review as I stand here waiting... it’s been well over 15 min thus far...
There were 4 customers in the printing station and only 1 employee working. The other 3 were not helping out, and all I had to do was pick-up one thing (that wasn't even in the pick-up station). It took 30 minutes to pick one thing up.
I was looking for printer ink and didn’t find what I was looking for. I was walking around to find someone for help and the cashier just stood there staring into space. I noticed another person in the store complained about not getting help before I left. I was completely ignored.
