I’m not usually a person to get on and write reviews however this event would be so profound I had to create an account and make a review. I went to this store near the end of Chris’s shift. I sort of felt bad for that however Chris made me feel welcomed and gave me the 100% customer experience I would not have expected from someone at the end of their shift. He would help me with all my questions and help me find the best deal suited for me. In all of my years as a Verizon customer and even an adult in this consumer world, I have never been treated with such respect, care and genuine humanity. If anyone is looking to come in for Verizon help or any assistance look for Chris as I can 100% say he is the best agent there. He is the reason I will stay a Verizon customer and loyal to their brand. Honestly if the company was comprised of employees like him at every level of the company I think Verizon would see a new golden age as a company.

I have had many great experiences here. We switched to Verizon a few years ago after having a bad experience at another phone service provider. Cheyenne was the customer service representative that helped my family, more than once. She always does a great job and really makes the process easy. Thanks again Cheyenne!
