If I could give 0 stars, I would. I told the cashier I wanted to pay off my kohl’s card right there in the store. For whatever reason, the payment did not go through. Also, my address was not updated, so I haven’t been getting any statements. I finally found after after kohl’s gave me a call saying the money was already overdue. Kohl’s doesn’t make sure the payment goes through or your address is up to date when your there in the store! That makes me not want to shop here again.... After finding out how a kohl’s card works, I would never have left the store without inserting my personal credit card to pay it off immediately. In fact, I recall my boyfriend and I did two separate transactions the same way. Somehow he was charged, but I wasn’t... This was a mistake made by the cashier. Kohl’s doesn’t have my back, and that’s really disappointing. Not going to be shopping here. Good to know.
Kohl's is by far my very best shopping experience. Great prices, great managers and associates, great service. Everyone gives you a warm welcome and superb friendly smiles
The Amazon return rep was so sweet and cool. Totally comfortable in her own skin and helpful. Friendly greeting upon entry too.
I go here mainly to return Amazon returns for free without packaging. They are fast in processing the returns and always give you a return receipt with a 25 to 35 percent discount if you shop the store. I usually use the discount receipt at the store to buy quality items, I need at a discounted price. 25% discount is very tempting. They are super conscious about social distancing and health issues which is great.
Being able to return Amazon items here is clutch, it's a great process. Every return nets you a 25 percent coupon. The store is well organized and the staff is friendly.
