A first for me! We chose our beds by talking to Tracy of Green Frog by phone! Thank you for such a painless shopping experience!nnWe have been looking at beds to replace our Tempur-pedic for some time. We wanted a more comfortable and cooler mattress with an adjustable base. Tracy knew exactly what we needed and she explained the different options so simply and clearly that we felt confident in our choice.nnNot only was she able to have the beds and bases shipped directly to our door; they arrived within days.nnThe beds are amazing! We are no longer boiling hot and the softer topmost layer on the mattress is kind to side sleepers. Thank you again :)
I wouldn't think of purchasing a mattress from anywhere else. Always great service and the best selection. The staff is always so patient and listen to our families needs. I actually love shopping at Green Frog in Savannah!
Helpful staff. Clean store. More in stock and quick delivery ...not available in 2 other stores i tried. I will come here first next time.
My mother went into this store ready to purchase an entire bedroom set, platform bed, mattress, box spring, pillows, mattress protector for three bedrooms... literally the whole 9 yards. She said she walked in and wasn’t attended to at all and that when other people walked in, they were PROMPTLY helped and attended... When she asked for help, she said they payed her no mind and seemed to not care to help her at all. Mind you, my mother has a heavy, Spanish accent, so it’s obvious to her that the employees there assumed she couldn’t afford to buy anything in there and thought they would be wasting their time. It’s a shame because she specifically wanted to buy the things she needed THERE at Green Frog and the employees should treat every customer well... not just the White customers that were in the store walking in after her... Do not shop here if you’re a person of color, they won’t help you at all...
I couldn’t imagine having a better experience than the one I just had at Green Frog! I went in looking to purchase my first ever new mattress. Dennis showed me every model of what he thought I would like based on my description. He was so patient and so honest and helpful. He wasn’t pushy at all, and gave me space to think and decide what I liked best. He helped me find the perfect mattress and made me feel so confident in my purchase! Would recommend shopping here to anyone!
