I had an excellent experience with Rooms To Go! Jake greeted me at the front door, checked on me while I explored the sofa selection, answered all of my many questions and assisted with a fast checkout. After my sofa delivery, I noticed an issue with the sofa so I called Jake for help. He assisted with reporting the issue to customer service. I had such a great experience with Rooms To Go and Jake that I returned to purchase another sofa. Thanks Jake!!!nn-From a very satisfied customer

I visited this store for first time, and when I was looking around i met Mr Jake and asked him a question about the furniture. Mr.Jack was so customer friendly and showed all the options whatever I asked for (I may have asked thousand different things and 100 combinations) with lot of patience and perseverance. He never got frustrated or showed any irritation...( Since I am difficult customer to handleud83dude00, with too many questions and combinations) answered all the questions politely and explained clearly, ran multiple times to office for answers... We as a family very impressed with his service today at the store and bought furniture because of him. Thank you so much Room to go to make this possible for my family.

As soon as I walked in the store I found Jake to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He allowed me time to look around the store without pressure but was quick to answer any of my questions. When I called him a few days later to make a few modifications to my order, he was more than helpful! Jake is a phenomenal guy and if you’re in the Savannah area and looking for beautiful furniture at a great price, visit him at rooms to go

I highly recommend Rooms to Go!! Fred was my salesman and he was spectacular; he went above and beyond to help me and my parents in our search for a new leather sofa and recliner. He was professional, courteous, and patient. His manager was very helpful, as well. I personally work in retail and I am very familiar with customer service and Fred took extra time to accommodate us and ultimately helped us find exactly what we were looking for!! Thank you Fred!! You are very much appreciated!!! Great job!

Excellent service provided by Senior Sales Associate Mr. Eddie Gilliard. From the moment I initially interacted by phone with him to the moment I arrived with my wife at the store, service and attention to details was top notch. Eddie took us directly to the furniture (mattresses) we previously inquired about during our phone conversation and then he showed us other options throughout the store providing us with a great deal of details and features regarding each option. Then he gave us privacy for us to go from one piece to the other allowing us time to make our choice. It was definitely a great shopping experience. Eddie, Thank again for all your help and attention.
