This store does seem to have quality products but no employees! We visited on a Tuesday late afternoon intending intending make a purchase and there appeared to only be one other customer in the store. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman who told us his name was Red and pointed in the general direction of what we were looking for. He then told us he would try to make his way over there to help us and that in the meantime if anyone else asked us if we needed help to let them know he was helping us... We wandered around and picked out what we wanted and neither the original gentleman nor anyone else approached us to help us make our purchase. We headed back towards the door to try to find him and he wasn't even there anymore. Never could find anyone anyone help us so we left and bought our beds and mattresses elsewhere.

Jacob to my family rescue, again. Thanks for Rooms to Go and especially Mr Rollins for taking care of my Aunt. Jacob, my Aunt wants to borrow you for dinner, I believe she’s serious. He was extra~ pleasant when it came to follow up, something we’re not used to. My aunt said she never felt like she had a salesman with her, just a friend to help make good decisions. Slight problem on delivery but it took about 30 seconds to resolve.. I can no longer imagine furniture without this guy or this store. Doesn’t need to be a holiday! Aunt Silvy says any day of the year will work just fine.
