Super nice and knowledgeable sells man
I had a great experience purchasing a futon at Sit & Sleep in Bluffton, SC. Mary Moore was a pleasure to work with and was well versed in the product selection. And if she didn't have the answer, she found the person who did quickly and easily. She had opinions and really helped me narrow down the selections and pick the perfect futon for my needs. The futon looks great in my guest room/office and seems quite comfortable. I can't wait for our first guest to try it out.
We went in without having much of a clue about what we wanted because didn't know a lot about mattresses. Ryan was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We tried several different mattresses, some of them more than once! Ryan never tried to up-sell us at all. He really does know his stuff. We ended up getting an adjustable base that is fantastic and a matress that is very comfortable. Ryan went above and beyond in my opinion. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. If anyone reading this is looking for a great bed at a great deal, go to this place, you won't regret it, I promise!
