While they are excellent with repairs, the phone prices are ud83dudeab. You would like think that if you are selling devices you include at least a charging cord. .but no you get nothing but phone. Even Amazon will give a charging cord even if it's not an OEM product. One stop you guys need to consider your customers more.ud83eudd14
Melissa and Liz Third combination brings excellent customer service . Liz helped me and solved my issue so fast I was like blown away it seriously took like two minutes and I was done . Best ever , and Melissa has been with this company for a while. Funny how you always remember impeccable service . I remember years back. I was dealing with an fellow employee that was rude While assisting me . Melissa overheard the conversation and asked her to go do something else . She took care of me and apologized for the treatment I received , and took care of my little issues. Not only did she help me and fix the issue she went above and beyond to assure this customer was satisfied and as a result I’m back these ladies ROCK!
