The Mouse Pad just installed phone and network equipment for our satellite office. Phone system works great and I walked into the office, opened my computer and connected as if at was at our main office. The timeliness, service and quality were awesome.
The Mouse Pad is an excellent IT company. We have used them for four years now for servicing all our IT needs from network infrastructure, servers, security surveillance, systems updates, to general day-to-day support issues. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

From start to finish, Jeff and his team were outstanding to work with. My hard drive crashed on the only computer I used for our business. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem immediately, The Mouse Pad team was able to back up EVERYTHING, and install a new hard drive with all of my files already on it. Now we have steps in place to remotely backup all of our files daily on the cloud. I will always use The Mouse Pad and gladly refer them to all of my friends, family, and clients because they truly are Reliably Awesome!!!
