I own my own business and my phone literally is my life. I went in the store looking for a dependable phone yet not expensive and Porsha was there willing to help me and was very patient with me and all of the questions I had to ask. She sold me a phone that ended up being absolutely perfect for me! If there was one thing that I would fix in the store it would be the carpet. It stuck to the bottom of my shoes causing me to continuously trip throughout the store.

I visited this location yesterday to buy an otter box. The associate scanned the box and gave me the total. I asked her to key in my phone number, as my plan includes a discount on accessories. She asked for my phone number and ID. She “pretended” to search and then said there was no discount. I said no thanks and went across the street to the other ATT store. I purchased the exact same otter box and was able to use my discount. Also, the second associate was much more friendly and professional.

Another bad experience. Never again.nAlleged manager kayla served us. She was not dressed appropriately, she did not have a clue what she was doing. She Said do not believe what customer service tells us. She did not know exchanges can be done at store. Very rude. Zero personality. Went about doing things with out communicating to us. Never apologize fir her errors . Constantly asking an employee how to do things. Did not want to give her name easily. Did not say good bye. Overall AT&T was poorly represented and they should hire, and train a better class of staff, specially if they are managers. I would not have clean toilets in a public restroom
