They talked me into priority service, which would expedite my repair. After 1 week I call without and answer and leave a message requesting the status. I do this a few more times for the next two weeks without a call back. I finally get a call to tell me that my computer had slipped through the cracks and that they had lost track of it. I told them to not charge me for that expedited service, which they didn’t want to even discount, given the fact that I was t obviously expedited. I get another call telling me that it’s ready. I show up a day later.... it’s not ready. I suggest anyone reading this just go find a better option.
Great service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Even the refurbished or used computers are very good.
I had a PC that would not power up and I wanted to check the power supply to see if that was the issue. They helped me right away. It took them less than 5 minutes to check the power supply for me.
Really Awesome Experience!!! Kids destroyed my wife's Tablet and they brought it back to life. Did the impossible that no one else would even try. TY!!!!
They fill a tech niche for sure! Enjoyed having the personnel explained
