Dexter and the whole staff were great, but Detrious especially was patient and knowledgeable when explaining the pros and cons of upgrading in store vs online. He was friendly and helpful toward everyone who came in the door.

I spoke to Sid (Manager) today on the phone and he was great with answers to an issue concerning my mothers cell phone. I live in california and was able to communicate my problem to him all the way in Savanna and get a semi resolution. I am waiting to see what the results will be, but im pretty sure that her issue will be fixed with no problem. I will be updating this review once I know next steps.nnI am glad to know that it was a simple fix and Sid the Manager was able resolve my moms issue.
