We were mostly left alone to look around.
They didn’t have what I was looking but everyone was very nice and helpful
I found what I was looking for, but it was difficult to get anyone to open the lock for the case. I work in retail, so I understand completely if you are busy or unable to help me. However, please let me know if you don't have time. I will find another associate, if that's necessary. Rather than you telling me to wait on you for thirty minutes, it would be more appropriate to just let me or other customers know you do not have time and will not make time.
The guy was cheerful, helpful and even delightful throughout the process of assisting me in deciding on a printer....Standing within 2' of me the entire time. Once we went to the register to allow me to pay, however, (he was behind the counter with at least 4'-5' between us) He refused to allow me to pay without putting my mask on (I have severe eczema and a major breakout around my mask area whenever I put a mask on even for a few minutes) My issue is that all was fine so long as I was shopping even in closer quarters to the man...All of a sudden when there is more distance I am unable to pay without the mask....Corona paranoia has given a free license to all the world to become bullies.
Mike, Ray and everyone at the store and especially customer service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer makes an informative purchase. We received great customer support that met our specific needs on our visits, we have no complaints, just compliments! They will not steer you wrong nor try to break your wallet, just simply informative and cater to their customers. It really shows they enjoy their professions.
