I love Chris the manager he is an extremely professional young man he will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are serviced very Efficient the store is always clean when I go in there staff is extremely friendly I give them five stars all the time I am very pleased with the service that I received there is my store for life keep up the good work Chris

Love this store and the workers. Chris the manager is exceptional. Only problem I'm having. I'm trying to get in touch with this store to add another TV and gaming system to my lease but I can not get them to answer the phone. It's been 3 days and no answer.

I love this place have been dealing with them about 7 years.they are very helpful and respectful and very friendly. If you have a problem they try there best to fix it.

So, we have had a TV from this exact location of Aaron’s, been paying on it for over a year. One day, it had fell and it smashed the top corner of the TV. I fell down to my knees crying because this TV is expensive! We had 9 more payments! I called up there and talked to the lady. She’s always so sweet and great at customer care. She told me it wasn’t under warranty unfortunately. I told her that we had no money to pay for another TV or even the payment for the broken TV. We told them they could take it since we have no other choice.nnThe manager Chris calls my phone and talks to my mom. He went on a rant on how he’s losing money and he can’t take back a broken TV. That we will never be able to use Aaron’s again if we don’t pay the 3 remaining payments. for the sake of my mom, I am forced to. I’m not allowing my moms name be ruined for a complete accident. He wasn’t friendly, he cared more about how he’s going to make up the money that was missing from the TV. But he also forgets that we put A LOT of money into the TV as well. Over $1000 worth.nnYou think that if you threaten us that we can never use your company again hurts our feelings? No. You’ve definitely lost a loyal customer(s). I made my payments every single month, even if it was late. I still managed to pay it. And, they know our situation. They know we are a low income family, but we could afford this TV. We can’t now. Can’t even pay for a new one and being forced to pay 3 more payments because Chris is too worried about making the rest of the money as much as he can get. I’m done with Aaron’s.
