Brittany and Tevelyn have excellent customer service! It was time for me to upgrade they both answered all my questions and helped the transfer to my new phone go smoothly. As the store was getting very busy everyone was greeted nicely and they still kept up with my phone transfer. I recommend the store, in the managers absence they did an awesome job! I made a personal visit BACK to the store to let the manager know and I'm leaving this review!
Cheap cell phones that don't last and the lady acted like she didn't care
Marsha was the best help ever... Eager to help with great customer service... She needs a raise!
I’m not a huge fan of the company or it’s policies but Raymonds customer service was impeccable. He did everything in his power to help with my situation. Even went out of his way to come up with an alternative solution. Marsha was also a sweetheart.
Well the employees very nice people. We will find out Monday when I go into the store how helpful they are i know I have my paper work on the phone and I showed my i.d and the phones in my name. My phone was stolen the other day i wont that phone turned off I won't another same phone and my bill is paid up so I shopulent have to pay another phone bill
