Alex and his great team assisted with my transforming from Sprint to T-MOBILE as well as helping me with my billing. I live in statesboro and tried to do the same but was told that I couldn't do that so they sent me to Savannah to find a Sprint store that no longer existed went to 3 different places. Finally without any hesitation they immediately knew what needed to be done. I LEFT THERE A HAPPY PERSON.

I have been trying to call this location for the past 2 hours and all they seem to like to do is let the phone ring instead of answering it. This is a very poor sign of the poor customer service they are providing to us customers.

They purposely go out of their way to make you as miserable and ugly as they are. Not Today Satan. Since my TERRIBLE decision to join sprint this location has loved adding insult to injury. They have no issue letting you know how little they care about your issue, how upset you are or their lack of intention on even trying to fix it. Please stay away !!! I beg you.

I went in this store after getting the run around from Sprint customer service department and Alexis and Jaylin/Jayla went above and beyond to help me with my order. They really made my day and they remained calm through all of my frustration. Thank you so much ladies!

I came into the store today for technical assistance and was pleasantly greeted by Kay. She was refreshing and nice on the eyes. she answered all of my questions and resolved my issue with my iphone after having come in 2 times. I thought i needed a new phone but she was able to fix it without just trying to get a sale out of me. She was honest, thorough and explained everything. This was a Great experience and I will recommend people to her. I have a corporate account and it is fresh service like this that keeps me coming back. They definitely deserve my business.
