I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received from Ms. Loretta at the Fine Jewelry counter. So kind, helpful, lovely and friendly- she really sets the bar for everyone working in retail. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks for a great shopping experience Ms. Loretta! :)
Huge selection in the women's department.
It seems clean and better organized than it appeared 6 months ago. They are also pleasant and willing to help with curbside pickup. However, the quality of the merchandise seems much poorer, certain shoe brands are no longer carried, including slippers.
I like Belk's. It is a nice store. My niece found several things that appealed to her. I have in the past have also found items that have been appealing.
Store was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Checkout was fast. Cashier was pleasant.. I would shop at this store again, but some of the items I liked did not have anything matching to complete a whole set. . Only downside..
