2 reason didn't have what was advertised. I brought something else. I was asked to do on line survey.to get nice smart watch. That never happened. Will not shop.there again.....

Let’s begin by this is a general review on Kohl’s Corporate. We have a Kohl’s Charge account, have loved it up until this point. We are trying to buy a house been in the process for 4 months now and we needed the balance paid off in order to move forward. Paid it off as requested by our broker, they need a statement from Kohl’s proving it was paid with and updated balance so we can close on our house. Kohl’s has FAILED to provide this statement for us. We have called everyday for 8 days now and they keep telling us it can be faxed in 24-48 hours... 8 days later it is still processing, it’s been escalated twice and NOTHING!!! NO ONE FROM KHOLS HAS HELPED US! We have tried all the social media platforms and made SO many phone calls and everyone keeps giving us the run around. We are going to lose this house and THOUSANDS of dollars because Kohl's is unable to send a two sentence email, or a two minute fax. For a company that’s been around since 1962 sure does lack the technology needed to be able to make such a simple request possible by contacting your costumer service or even being able to print it on my own! They have no problem accepting your money but have a HUGE problem proving it was paid.
