The employees are super helpful and super friendly! They will help you find what you need and help you with pricing estimates. The only problem I found with this store was there pricing. It's a tad bit on the more expensive side opposed to more-so affordable. Overall tho, great customer service!!!!ud83dude01ud83dudc4dud83cudffd

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent over $12,000 for my mattress to be ripped, base of the bed to be split, chest of drawers to be dry rotted, and only half of a sectional delivered. Now they are saying it could be 4+ weeks for the replacements for the bedroom and no time table for when the other half of my sectional will be delivered. And to top it all off I paid for the furniture to be delivered and put together. They did not let me know that half of the sectional would be delivered (the email said only the bedroom set). So they leave half of the sectional in my living room boxed up for me to put together. Do not waste your money with Ashley Furniture.

I purchased a Living Room Set from Ashley Furniture. The seam on the sofa started to separate. The Guardian Protection Plan cost $189 for five years. It was oversold by my Sales Rep and Guardian denied my claim. Please do not waste your money getting this protection plan. Please read ALL of the exclusions if you are thinking about purchasing it. I will NEVER purchase that plan again.

The lack of employees and customers not wearing mask was ridiculous. I will not be returning back. Employees standing around holding conversations without mask. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere with better customer service and go somewhere that is taking the necessary precautions for COVID.

Furniture I got from them 16 years ago still in excellent shape so I had to purchase from again to complete my remodel. Great prices. Friendly and fast service. No pressure from salesperson. Love my beautiful comfy deep seated sofa and will be purchasing another along with bar stools, end table, coffee table and a rug within the week.
