Home Depot is a great store. Unfortunately, sometimes it is hard to get in and out quick. Things can be hard to find, and it can be hard to get a truly knowledgeable person. They have just about everything you might need for home repairs and improvement. They often have great deals. Better organization would be helpful.
I went to 3 different people each referring me to another for help. The 3rd employee called for someone to help me in the pvc pipe area. I waited no one ever came.nSo I walked around until I found a forth person who didn't work in that area. I wished I had gotten this young man's name. He showed me just what I needed without hesitation. He deserves a 5 star rating!nI've been going to this Home Depot for years. It's too bad they don't read the reviews & ratings, and make needed changes or have better trained employees.
ATTENTION HOME DEPOT: MS. TAMATA FRAZIER DESERVES A RAISE!!! :-)nnI went in the Presidential Parkway Store, # 1772 and had to buy some blinds that were of an odd size. An associate named Tamara Frazier came to my rescue. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. She was a ton of help. When I got home to install the blinds, they were perfect.nnThank you Ms. Tamara Frazier for helping me.
