I have been deal with Ms Callie since 2003 or before they move off Gray Hwy in Macon to. Their current location. Ms Callie has been working with me that long and wouldn’t trade her for anything a sweet disposition, able to see your needs doesn’t push items you don’t need. During this period of a Covid-19 she wore her mask to make me feel better during my purchase.
Customer Service At The Store Great Kalli Was Very Helpful.....but delivery I rate. 0.....Belived The Delivery Guys Was To Remove Old Matress Set.....But They Would NOT....Im Not Able ....My Boyfriend Is A Amputee....And Has COPD. .....Besides Breaking My Light Fixture In My Bedroom....And Shattered The Glass All Over The Floor......It Stinks You Pay $99 Dollars For Such Service...Very Disappointed....Then They Hurried Out The Door And Shut It.....
Bought a set of bunk beds for children and the top bunk broke and fell. Thank God there was not kids on the bottom. Called the store and a guy came out to look at it and he said the children broke it. If it is for children shouldn't it be built for children. All the child was doing is climbing up to go to bed and it fell. Now the manager is being really rude when I try to talk to him about it. He told me the kids broke the bed. We have bought other things from them but not anymore. The ladies that run the front are supper nice but the manager is really rude.
