I panicked when I thought my phone was hacked, which meant that I might lose all my videos and photos from my son in Japan and his brother in Arizona. I went to TMobile in Macon, Georgia, and JP patiently listened to my problem, and in a few minutes, my phone was in perfect working order. Panic over.nThank you, JP, from a grateful mom.
