I went to work and spent the night away from home the night my refrigerator was hit by lightning. It was only appliance, in my house not on a surge protector. The next morning I discovered that everything was ruined. At first I called and looked at used refrigerators all day. I decided to buy a new one, after looking another full day I walked into Sears. Their kind and friendly staff helped me pick out the refrigerator of my dreams, at a very affordable price. They did everything I asked of them and more. Within the next year or two every appliance in my house will be from Sears. I love, love my new refrigerator. Thank you so much Melissa, Wayne and all the great people that make buying my refrigerator so amazingly easy.
I went there looking for a refrigerator. They had a decent selection however during my visit not a single salesman asked me if I needed help.
I don't know this hometown store. Sears is not in this area anymore, as far as I understand.
Better service than the big box stores.
Small store front with hardly an tools, I did however pickup a regularly price tool kit of $360 for $199... Go Craftsman!
