The store in Bethlehem was clean and very nice. Jade was wonderful and extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend anyone to go buy a mattress from them. The other consultant was very nice as well (did not get his name).
Had a great experience here. Got a good deal on mattresses and adjustable bases. Delivery was smooth. I would recommend this mattress firm.
When I arrived at the store two other couples came in behind me. Even with this many customers at once, Anne made me feel as if I was the only one. I had two of my younger grandchildren with me. Not what you want to bring to a room full of beds. It seemed like just minutes before she had all the paper work done and explained to me in detail. I feel like I have made a great choice in my purchase with Ann’s guidance. I will definitely buy my next mattress from your company.
I had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at Mattress Firm in Bethlehem. This is my third successful purchase from a Mattress Form store. I knew going in what type of mattress I wanted, and Angie help me narrow my options down to three. The check out process was very easy and I appreciate that the delivery includes taking away my old mattress. Thank you!
All I can say is drive the extra miles to the Buford store. I have been in to this Mattress Firm 3 times and each time I’m more shocked than the time before. Nice enough but NOT knowledgeable. At all. I recently bought a mattress from Buford because the knowledge was so terrible at this location. Came today to simply buy a pillow. Not in stock and the girl had to call to see if they could accept I coupon I received after buying my mattress. Drove all this way for nothing. She said come back.., I live 35 minutes from here. Never mind,
