On Saturday June 6, 2020 we went in to the Winder location to rent a ridding lawnmower. The lady that help us was very helpful and friendly. We worked out a delivery for Tuesday June 9th by 11 am no later than 1 pm because I had to work that afternoon. By 3 pm I had to call to figure out when they would be here. Now I had to call out of work because they said it’s out for delivery. After many phone calls to Tammy the store manager, it finally showed up after 7pm. Tammy was with the driver and I asked why it wasn’t delivered when agreed to and she told me that it was no set time, but it was written on my contract. She tells me she wasn’t there so she had no knowledge of the time we worked out. I asked for some type compensation and said she has to wait to later. After dealing with her, we decided to keep it for one month and return it. I then called on June 30th and asked them to pick it up July 1st. I was told that someone would call before they came and again no one called, they just showed up even though it was written on the pickup paper to call. I will NEVER use Aaron again.

This store will take money out of your bank a week earlier then due date. They took my gas money and now I wont have ways of getting to work, because of these people!! They have lost my service until I get my refund. And I will not proceed to make peyments until I get my refund. We agreed on to make peyments. ON THE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH!!!!!! NOT THE 8TH

Tammy is rude and on top of that we ordered a stove and fridge to be delivered in the time span of 3pm-6pm we live 20 minutes away from the location). It is currently almost 7 pm and after being told by Tammy several times that they have left, and that they were still stuck in traffic in Statham while they arrived, they didn’t arrive until 10 to 7. Worst customer Service ever!!
