Jennifer was so awesome, we were in and out in such a short amount of time for what we had to get done. We felt very confident letting her help us, she knew exactly what she was doing and what we needed for our purchase and offered us several different plans that would work for us. thank you so much!

Can you say YAS QUEEN. I came into the store to switch carriers and if the bat was welcomed by a bright smile. She has long curly hair and came off Latin. Claire? Clara? Either way, she hooked me up with a great deal and brand new phone. She also introduced me to T-Mobile Tuesdays which definitely helped with gas.nI was supposed to learn she wasn’t the manager. She really knew her stuff.

It was amazing walking to a clean store and a sweet face. I think her name is Clara who helped me. 5 stars just don’t cut it! She get me in and out with no problems. AND she was able to fix my phone right on the spot. She’s bomb!

I recently visited this store and Cheyenne was beyond amazing. She’s so knowledgeable, moves quickly, & avoids error. Cheyenne has some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and got me to buy 2 of the newest IPhones! Her colleague Jennifer was also very quick with other customers when the lobby filled up and they don’t fold under pressure. Not to mention their amazing personalities and clean appearance. Smart gals showing us how it’s done. Thanks for your service and I 10/10 recommend!

Cheyenne is amazing and made our visit so much easier. From the moment we walked into the door she greeted us even though she was helping someone else at the moment. She was able to help us find the exact product we needed to purchase and also the nicest accessories to go with it. She did so with a smile the whole time and she helped us transfer all of our information over with no hassle at all. I was hesitant going into the store but left with every confidence that if I ever need anything again this is the T-Mobile store I am going back to! 10/10 experience. No flaws just wonderful service!
