Mr. Sean Powers assisted my husband and me in selecting a replacementnmattress for our eleven year old mattress. He was very respectful andninformative. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease withnany concerns me may have had in our choice. We expect our new mattress to arrive in three days, as arranged, and can hardly wait to see if our choice equals our expectations.nMr. Powers was professional, courteous, and very enthusiastic about his occupation. We went to Mattress firm to begin the search for a new mattress. We were promptly greeted by a very nice sales associate, Sean Powers. Instead of pushing a particular mattress down our throats he asked what we were looking for. He then proceeded to lead us to what he thought would be a good fit. We asked to try different mattresses also. He never rushed us let us take our time and ask lots of questions. He was very helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable. He then told us about a promotion they were having and my first thought was “ here we go with the hard sell.” He never pushed us to purchase anything just explained the promo to us. When he told us we had 120 days to try it out we were sold.nVery good experience and I would highly recommend Sean. In fact when we got home I gave his name to a friend!
Love our salesmen and thought the prices were competitive. We went to a few places and found their beds to be the must comfortable. Out sales person Roy gets a A plus for patience, helpfulness, and like-ability... We found delivery is cheaper than ipad the competition!
The sales people were very helpful, knowledgeable, and we really do feel that we received the best price for the twin mattress that we sought to buy. No hard sell, and they really looked to give us what we wanted, a.k.a. spring mattress versus foam mattress. It was a good experience... highly recommend!
Crystal was very helpful guiding us through the process of selecting the right mattress for us.nShe was very knowledgeable about all the various new types and features of today's products.nCrystal knew when to provide information and when to allow space to discuss decisions with my wife. She did not hover!nShe did an excellent job helping us decide what to purchase - no pressure so we left ordering a mattress!nThank you!
