Honestly .. I didn't want to give them even one star ... I called the Sebring store looking for a particular washing machine .. after giving the salesperson the model number .. I was told if I came right in they could order it and deliver it the next Monday .. great .. I went right in .. handed the salesperson a sheet of paper with the model number written on it .. ordered and paid for .. as promised it was delivered on Monday .. upon our inspection we discovered that they delivered the wrong machine .. we immediantly called .. spoke to the manager .. and were told that they don't even have the model that we want in their warehouse .. do we want to keep that one .. no .. we want the one that we paid for .. so they pick it up a few days later .. we had to go back to store for a refund .. I go in .. they will refund no problem .. when I look at the refund it does not include the $80 delivery fee .. when I question .. I am informed that it is non refundable .. I say but this wasn't my fault .. you ordered and delivered the wrong machine .. they do not care .. company policy .. I left in a huff .. I truly beliieve that they knew that it was the wrong machine .. thinking that the dumb woman will never notice .. I tried calling the company headquarteres .. total waste of time .. it is just a call center .. I feel that they really tried to pull a fast one on me .. So .. Buyer Beware!!nUpdate .. thank you for responding .. I did reach out to custumer service .. 3 times .. I never heard back .. what I would like is my $80.00 refunded .. Thank you
