I went this morning to the location in Sebring. Upon entering the store, I was there for a few minutes, when I heard one the one of the employees said good morning from across the room. I proceeded to walk around looking at the living room furniture and no one came over and inquired if I needed help. It was like I wasn't in the store. I was interested in something but no one cared to ask, so I left.
Great furniture! Awesome variety, prices, and wonderfully displayed! Very helpful staff! Furniture staging is beautiful!
Nice friendly people. Small store decent selection
Went in, didnt see anybody, walked to the back where they had a couple of washing machines. Heard movement up stairs. Then I went to the sales counter, nobody. Walked around the store for about 10 min. Went back to the washing machine finally two guys came down and talked to me. We then went to the sales counter where a salesperson came from a room. They only had two washing machines. Neither was what I was looking for. Later that night I went to their website and emailed them about ordering a washing machine. Two weeks later still no response. This was my experience and may not be the norm so just an fyi.
