It took my wife and I 10 minutes to buy a mattress. The salesperson, Debbie, asked us a few questions upfront and was able to direct us to the perfect mattress. I have been to a lot of stores in my years, this one is one to put on the top shelf of excellent customer service. Our sales associate was Kyle and he was just amazing, went the extra-extra mile to meet our needs. My wife and myself will never go to a different store than this one to purchase a mattress or any other mattress needs. No pushy sales, let's you decide what's best for you, very informative of products and services. The other sales staff was just as nice and courteous as Kyle. This was truly an amazing experience. The prices are very competitive to other retailers if not better. If you think you're getting the best deal and experience at a different retailer, thats great. But you should stop in here before making any final decisions and give this wonderful place a shot to make it that much better and more rewarding.
